Chebyshev points of the first kind.

The Chebyshev points of the first kind are the points cos(x), where x = [pi*(k + .5)/npts for k in range(npts)].

Parameters:
nptsint

Number of sample points desired.

Returns:
ptsndarray

The Chebyshev points of the first kind.
